As part of its ongoing commitment to preserving cultural heritage, Mubarokfood founded the Jenang and Gusjigang Museum in 2017. This visionary initiative was driven by a strong desire to promote Kudus's potential to the wider public — a glocalization effort by Mubarokfood amid increasingly fierce global competition. That commitment is reflected in the museum's diverse collection, which tells not only the history of jenang but also the stories of notable local figures and the many other facets of Kudus. The museum has even received the MURI World Record - Indonesia award as the first Jenang Museum in Indonesia.
The museum positions itself not merely as a tourist attraction but also as an educational destination committed to benefiting the wider community. Every year it expands its collection to satisfy visitors' curiosity and reinforce its reputation as an enjoyable place to visit. The collections and venues at the Jenang and Gusjigang Museum can be enjoyed by all ages, from children to adults. The thoughtfully arranged collections and rooms also make for beautiful photo spots, perfect for capturing memories with family and friends.
The museum's featured collection includes the Kudus Traditional House (Joglo Pencu), a miniature of Menara Kudus, the Al Quds Indonesian Calligraphy Gallery, the Qur'an Gallery, and replicas of Omah Kembar and Omah Kapal. Beyond showcasing Kudus's culture and local wisdom, the museum also tells the stories of Kudus's notable figures — from the Gusjigang philosophy of Sunan Kudus, to Nitisemito, the "Kretek King," along with his Fokker aircraft and other evidence of his success, including administrative records such as invoices and receipts, plus a collection of promotional materials and antique items that once belonged to him. There is also an exhibit on Haji Djamhari, the inventor of kretek, tracing how it was first discovered and later developed into the popular cigarette it is today.
One of the museum's standout items is a 1969 library card from the Centre Culturel Français in Baghdad, once belonging to Dr. K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur). He held this card while studying at the University of Baghdad, Iraq.
Another venue is the Menara Kudus Cultural Acculturation spot, which showcases the cultural acculturation embodied by Menara Kudus, along with a 1549 inscription that marks the founding year of the city of Kudus.
It is our hope that the Jenang and Gusjigang Museum will continue to bring benefit — especially in education and culture — to the wider public, both at home and abroad.

Established in 1910, Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia is a pioneer of Indonesia's jenang and dodol industry, based in Kudus, Central Java. What began as a family business founded by H. Mabruri and Hj. Alawiyah has since grown into a modern manufacturing company under the leadership of its third generation, H. Muhammad Hilmy, SE.
We combine over a century of authentic recipe heritage with international quality management systems to deliver world-class traditional snacks. Through continuous innovation, we offer a range of products that stay true to our ancestors' authentic flavors while adapting to global tastes, and we make sure every product meets premium quality standards for today's consumers.

H. Mabruri - Hj. Alawiyah
Mubarokfood was founded in 1910 and has since passed through a long history, standing as proof of perseverance and dedication in preserving cultural heritage. The origins of Jenang Kudus Mubarok trace back to Mr. H. Mabruri and Mrs. Hj. Alawiyah in 1910, later known as the First Generation. They initially sold jenang in what is now the parking area for pilgrims visiting the tomb of Sunan Kudus at the "Al-Aqso" Minaret Mosque, and also took orders.

H. A. Shochib Mabruri - Hj. Istifaiyah
After Mrs. Hj. Alawiyah passed away, the jenang business was continued by her son, H. Achmad Shochib, as the Second Generation. During this era, PJ Sinar Tiga Tiga was established, launching the Sinar Tiga Tiga brand as the product's identity, which was also registered and granted trademark rights by the Directorate General of Trademarks and Patents of the Ministry of Justice on September 9, 1946.
In addition, to stay ahead of a growing number of competitors, the company launched three new brands in 1975: Mubarok, Mabrur, and Viva. These new brands proved to be trendsetters in the jenang industry, as shown by the many competitors who went on to imitate them — particularly the Mubarok brand.

H. Muhammad Hilmy, S.E. - Hj. Nujumullaily, S.E.
In 1992, H. Achmad Shochib, then advanced in age, handed over leadership to his son, H. Muhammad Hilmy, SE (Third Generation). It was during this era that CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia was established as the development of PJ. Sinar Tiga Tiga.
Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia began implementing various modern management systems, just as other large companies do. Product innovation and diversification were also widely developed, driven by the vision of continuously championing traditional local food as a regional icon recognized across generations, both now and in the future.
